Welcome to Orgfree.com - Free Web Hosting Organization!!! Before you create your first page here, please be sure you have read, and understood, these Terms and Conditions. Members who do not follow rules and regulations could find their entire web site removed and/or deleted, possibly without prior notice.

The interpretation of these guidelines is at our sole discretion.

1. We can offer 200MB+ free web space and unmetered traffic thanks to the sponsorship of our advertisers.

Each page that you create will have some ads automatically inserted into it. You may not remove, resize so as to render invisible or unreadable, or otherwise block any of the ads that Orgfree.com inserts onto your web pages.

It's forbidden to use the same ads like ours and your site must be fully compliant with sponsor rules.

It's forbidden to use texts like: 'do not click', 'hosting ads', 'Orgfree ads' etc. The only allowed texts near our ads are 'sponsored links' or 'advertisements'.

All free accounts MUST have our ads. All accounts where our ads are not visible will be deleted so please contact us if there is something wrong!

2. We offer unmetered/unlimited traffic (10/100Mbps unmetered lines). But to prevent abuse there is a default limit of 500MB/day. If you run a quality site and this amount is not enough for you just contact us and limit will be raised.

If there is something wrong with your account we reserve the right to limit daily traffic until the issue is solved. If your account was temporary disabled you should contact us urgently else you risk to have your account deleted.

If you need hosting without ads and without restrictions (points 1, 3, 12, 13 from this agreement) please visit http://www.noads.biz, an Orgfree.com division.

3. Sites with excessive ads are not allowed to join our services. Sites without real content - e.g. storage sites, traffic farms, gateway sites (redirect visitors elsewhere), streaming sites - are forbidden!!! You may not use your web space for 'data warehousing', using our space as storage for large files which are only linked from other sites.

You must have a relevant index file on root. For example, if we check your site - you.orgfree.com -  and no valid index file is found you risk to have account deleted.

If you intend to open a forum in Arabian or Asian language DO NOT sign up. Your account will be deleted. Other content is ok!!!

4. Orgfree.com is not responsible for the content of any personal home page. The contents of user-generated web pages are not reviewed or censored in any way before they appear on internet.

5. No illegal materials or links to illegal activities!!! This includes but is not limited to distribution/use of illegal software, hacking, cracking or any other harmful activity. Also, you may not use your web space to provide material, or links to material that is grossly offensive to the Web community. No hate, anti-racial, terrorism related sites!!!

No child porn or any other adult site!!! No phishing, fraud sites!!! No SPAM!!! You may not use unsolicited email to promote your site. No mass-emails!!!

For all infringements your site will be immediately deleted and your activities reported to proper authorities.

6. Adult materials are not allowed! Your account will be deleted immediately.

7. You may not copy or reproduce any page, image or other content without the express prior consent of the original copyright owner of that content.

8. All legal sites are permitted but you must have the legal age in your country to use our services, 13+ in most countries. If you don't have legal age you may not become a member!

9. In rare cases, Orgfree.com may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Orgfree.com reserves the right to delete account for the consideration of all customers.

10. Backup your data!!! Deleted accounts/dbs can't be restored. We are not responsible if you lose something due to server crash or accidental deletion of your account.

11. Your account should be active. Minimum one hit per month is required else your account will be deleted without warning. Also, accounts with  significant webspace quota used but without minimum one hit per day are subject of removal!

12. The following list of file types are the only file types permitted on Orgfree.com members sites. All other file types will be automatically deleted.

13. There is 2 MB file size limit.

Do not try to upload forbidden files or bigger files than maximum file size allowed. Your account will be deleted without warning.

14. You're not allowed to share your ftp account to serve files for download. We monitor all transfers and if this rule will be broken your account will be deleted and you won't be able to re-open one.

By submitting a web page to Orgfree.com or any other web page hosting service on our network, you grant Orgfree.com a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations including, and distribute such web page, and any associated Content, for the limited purposes of publishing and promoting the user's web page in connection with the particular service with which the user has chosen to have the web page hosted and for publishing and promoting such web page elsewhere within the Orgfree.com Network. Such license shall apply with respect to any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. This term will extend only for the duration of the user's membership with the particular OrgFree.com service. In the event that such membership is terminated, Orgfree.com will relinquish all rights to the user's content following the duration of any applicable promotional activities ongoing at the time the membership is terminated.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any site due to inappropriate behavior at our sole discretion.

MEMBERS WHO ARE FOUND IN BREACH OF THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING THEIR MEMBERSHIP CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE AND FURTHER ACCESS DENIED AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. Orgfree.com FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY MEMBER IN BREACH OF THESE RULES AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING THESE MEMBERS.
 

LEGAL TERMS
You, as the author of your pages, take full responsibility for its contents. As the author you state your page contains nothing illegal, obscene, degrading or abusive to another person, including pages that promote hate group propaganda and child pornography. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page is copyrighted material and that any links to other servers have been approved by that organization. As the author, you also state that nothing on your page infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree that Orgfree.com has the right to remove any page it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these rules to cancel your membership and take against you whatever measures will be deemed appropriate including legal action and disclosing information about you to law enforcement authorities and other interested third parties. Members who are in breach of these rules agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orgfree.com for any loss, claim, damage and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with the contents of any personal home pages or of any chat or messages on a bulletin board found to be infringing or illegal. By submitting your pages, you agree to all the above terms.
Orgfree.com makes no guarantee as to availability of service. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Orgfree.com excludes all liability with respect to accuracy, content or availability of information on its web site. The materials in this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Orgfree.com does not warrant that the function contained in the materials available on this web site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Any merchandise products or services available to users or members from links from this web site are provided by third parties who are not necessarily affiliated or connected with Orgfree.com. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Orgfree.com excludes all liability under any circumstances (including negligence) for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
